Uniquely, we have partnered with one of the UK’s largest energy providers, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic sector within our award-winning Customer Engagement Centre in Dundalk.

 

Through this partnership, you’ll play a key role in supporting UK customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and helping to finalise and quality check energy sales in a regulated environment.

We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our busy Contact Centre team as an Energy Sales Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and expanding operation, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and deliver an excellent experience at every interaction.

 

About the Role

As an Energy Sales Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound energy sales confirmation verifications across multiple channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. You will engage with UK-based customers and employees, supporting the closure of energy sales, ensuring all interactions meet compliance and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls and respond to customer queries across phone, email and chat
  • Speak with UK customers to finalise, quality check, and close energy sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and customer accounts
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain and update customer records with a high level of accuracy
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets (quality, customer satisfaction, call handling times)
  • Deliver a consistently positive and professional customer experience

About You

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers across multiple channels
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling sales verification and quality checks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Previous customer service, sales, or contact centre experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)

What We Offer

  • Salary: €29,000
  • Bonus: €3,000 annual performance-related bonus
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday 12pm – 8:30pm (Weekends and BH off!)
