About the Role

 

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. You’ll play a critical part in shaping culture, driving engagement, and enabling business success through people. We are a fast growing Irish headquartered company, scaling from 500 employees, with an ambitious People and Culture agenda.

As a HRBP, you will partner closely with managers to deliver high-impact people solutions in areas such as performance, employee relations, organisational design, and talent development. Taking ownership over the remit of the Irish office, based in Dundalk and Galway will be key and there’s lots of room for you to shape and drive a progressive HR agenda.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a true partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Support the delivery of the HR strategy roadmap, driving initiatives in engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Analyse people data and insights to inform decisions and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture, coaching leaders to bring out the best in their teams.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are legally compliant, fair, and aligned with best practice.
  • Support the implementation and execution of HR technologies to enhance the employee experience.
  • Support leaders to deliver fair and compliant practices on grievances, disciplinaries and employee relations cases.
  • Drive retention strategies through understanding reasons for exit, finding opportunities for improvement and working with leadership to drive the right iniatives.
  • Deliver an engaging culture through community and recognition iniatives, designed to motivate, engage and inspire our people.

About You

  • Proven HR experience with strong HR and advisory experience, minimum of 5 years experience
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable to take ownership and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritise and adapt to changing needs
  • Experience with HR platforms and Microsoft suite
