We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Training Manager to join our team in the UK.

Key responsibilities include:
- Field Sales training for D2D Sales Campaigns
- Managing a team of training professionals.
- Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver induction programmes to integrate new hires into the business and provide ongoing training for current employees.
- Sales Training & Development: Facilitate sales training workshops, talent management programmes, and training days to enhance sales skills and productivity.
- Field-Based Coaching: Provide on-the-ground support through 1:1 coaching sessions and field accompaniments, offering tailored feedback and guidance.
- Support field sales operations across all regions, ensuring consistency and high standards in training and performance.
- Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programmes and ensure that employees are integrating new skills and techniques into their daily work.
- Use a variety of learning methodologies, including e-learning, classroom, and workshops, and in the field training and coaching.
- Incorporate coaching elements into leadership training to enhance the development of leadership skills training.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and managers to support career development and performance improvement.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify training needs, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Measure and demonstrate the impact of L&D initiatives on business performance.
- Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of L&D programs.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Filed Sales Training Experience (D2D preferred)
- Proven track record in designing and delivering sales training programs.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and assess training effectiveness through various metrics.
- Strong project management abilities, with an ability to work autonomously and drive results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience in coaching and mentoring employees and managers.
