Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Generalist located in Dundalk. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:
- Providing support and advice regarding employment policies and procedures
- Dealing with day-to-day HR queries
- Induction support/onboarding administration
- Liaison with third party agencies
- Implementing HR policies
- Managing employee benefits
- Running reports as requested to support the business
- General HR Administration as required
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience as a HR Generalist
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Qualification in a Human Resource discipline would be a distinct advantage
- Professional HR certifications are a plus
