We are hiring customer care agents to join our team in Dundalk. This is a full-time role on one of our inbound customer care campaigns, providing customer support via multiple channels.

This position is based in our contact centre in Dundalk, Co. Louth.

About you:

• You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers using multiple channels (phone, email, social media, chat etc.)
• You demonstrates exceptional soft skills in every customer interaction by conveying a positive attitude
• You are an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive individual, with a proven track record of delivering a first-class customer experience.
• You have experience working in a telesales environment (Desired but full training will be provided)
• You thrive on working in a collaborative team environment, you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
• You have a proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your own workload according to changing priorities

• Salary: €27,000
• Bonus: Performance related bonus of €1,200 yearly
