As a Training Support Executive, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training and development programmes for both new and existing employees.

Your role will focus on enhancing the overall performance of our teams, ensuring that every employee has the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to achieve both individual and business objectives. You will play a key part in driving continuous improvement across the field sales team through coaching and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver induction programmes to integrate new hires into the business and provide ongoing training for current employees.

Sales Training & Development: Facilitate sales training workshops, talent management programmes, and training days to enhance sales skills and productivity.

Field-Based Coaching: Provide on-the-ground support through 1:1 coaching sessions and field accompaniments, offering tailored feedback and guidance.

Support field sales operations across all regions, ensuring consistency and high standards in training and performance.

Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programmes and ensure that employees are integrating new skills and techniques into their daily work.

Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years’ experience in a training role, preferably with a focus on sales training.

Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating sales training programmes.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively manage training sessions.

Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Ability to mentor, evaluate, and coach individuals to help them reach their full potential.
